Hospital Services
Total Healthcare is proud to be working in partnership with a number of hospitals as their preferred supplier of Agency Nursing Staff.
Our areas of expertise include General Nursing, Specialist Nursing and general care All our Qualified Staff are interviewed by highly trained Practitioners who have many years of experience working within the healthcare sector. We are continuingly looking to expand our bank of Healthcare Professionals.
Care Home Services
Through a network of directly managed and franchised offices we supply qualified nurses and healthcare assistants to care homes week in week out. We passionately believe in delivering high quality staff and service to our clients and in doing so, earn their recommendation to others. By maintaining a large database of agency staff we can supply our services at short notice, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
All our nurses and healthcare assistants have been rigorously interviewed fully vetted and have completed all necessary mandatory training prior to commencing work. All our agency staff wear a Total Healthcare Solutions uniform and/or ID badge (unless requested not to do so by the client).
We provide care and support to people in their own homes, this includes older people, younger adults, people who have a learning disability, sensory and/or physical disabilities, dementia, illness and end of life care. We offer a flexible, responsive service to meet the needs, hopes and desires of our customers. Together we will develop a person centred care plan that meets your individual requirements ensuring you receive the service you want and that you get the most out of life.
Domiciliary Services include:
Personal care
Support getting up and going to bed, assistance with dressing, washing, personal hygiene, eating and drinking
Medication assistance
Assisting with managing medicines
Companionship
Accompanying you to social activities or spend time with you in your own home
Sitting service
Offering a well deserved break to full-time Carers by sitting with your loved ones

Whilst Care Homes suit the care needs of some individuals, there are many that are looking for an alternative. Live-in Care is the ideal solution for those that want to retain their independence, offering bespoke one-to-one support assistance in your own home on your own terms.
Live-in Care offers the flexibility of simple things such eating what you want, going to bed when you want, watching what you like on television. These may seem straight forward requests but the importance cannot be underestimated when considering the mental well-being of your loved one; beloved pets get to stay home too! The benefits of allowing the elderly to retain their individuality and independence in their later years cannot be overlooked; this is particularly true for dementia conditions where maintaining continuity and familiarity of routine is especially important.
A bespoke support plan, delivered on a one-to-one basis, is a level of personal care that Care Homes cannot compete with. Whilst the costs of Live-in care and Care Homes are comparable, the level of personalised care certainly isn’t.
